1. Purpose

Unleash Action LLC provides technical DNS authentication and email infrastructure setup strictly for legitimate, compliant B2B communication. All clients purchasing our setup service must comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Prohibited Activities

Infrastructure configured by Unleash Action LLC may never be used for:

  1. Phishing, Spoofing, or Identity Theft: Impersonating third-party brands or individuals.
  2. Malware & Malicious Payloads: Distributing viruses, ransomware, or malicious links.
  3. Illegal Spam & Harassment: Sending unsolicited bulk messages in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR, CASL, or local regulations.
  4. Unlawful Data Usage: Using illegally obtained, breached, or non-compliant consumer lists.
  5. Provider Policy Violations: Knowingly violating the Acceptable Use Policies of the domain registrars, mailbox hosts, or interconnected networks.

3. Client Responsibility After Handover

Because Unleash Action LLC operates on a "Build – Handover – Exit" model, full administrative control and ownership transfer to the Client upon delivery. The Client is the sole sender and assumes 100% legal and regulatory responsibility for message content, recipient targeting, and opt-out mechanisms.

4. Right to Refuse Service & Provider Risks

Unleash Action LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to provisioning (and will refund any cleared payment) if we reasonably suspect the requested domain variations or business identity are intended for phishing, fraud, or unlawful activity. Once provisioning has commenced, violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund. Client acknowledges that third-party mailbox and registrar providers enforce their own AUPs and may independently suspend accounts for perceived violations; Unleash Action LLC is not responsible for such provider actions post-handover.
